4 Tier Classic Cream Wedding Cake
Wedding Cake Project Brief
A simple and classic design, our Bride wanted something elegant to sit as an understated centre piece to a desert table. We decided that a silk ribbon and diamante and pearl brooches would add that extra sparkle that the bride and groom were after.
How We Made The Wedding Cake
Very simple to put together, once the cake was iced and stacked it was a simple process of placing the ribbon and brooches onto the cake.
Wedding Cake Ingredients
The Bride and Groom were using the cake as an after dinner treat, to be served with tea and coffee so we were asked to keep the flavours simple with a light vanilla cake filled with jam and vanilla bean butter cream and a rich moist chocolate fudge cake filled with chocolate ganache.
