Our clients asked us to create something fun and light hearted that would suit their "travel bug" daughter, so naturally we decided to put a large lime green bug on top of the world!
The cake is a large chocolate fudge cake, filled with a rich chocolate ganache.
All the decorations placed on the cake are all handmade and moulded from sugar.
And the bug is completely detachable so if you wanted to keep him simply pop him off and store him somewhere safe.
Chocolate, chocolate, a little bit more chocolate and some cream and butter for good measure!
