Cake Project Brief

We were asked to create something which would compliment the customers love of Tiffany jewelry, what better than a blue Tiffany box.

How We Made The Cake

The top and side panels are all finely rolled sugar, which is then left to dry before being stuck together.

The Tiffany and Co. logo was then hand painted on top.

Cake Ingredients

Quite a bit of chocolate and cream, underneath the blue exterior is a decadent chocolate fudge cake
