Simple Ballet Cake

Cake Project Brief

Our customer wanted to make a simple gesture for a birthday along the lines of a ballet cake. We created this simple but stunning cake featuring a classic ballet pose and ruffled tutu. Some sweet sugar flowers and a ribbon bow complete the look!

How We Made The Cake

Our cake was baked fresh in our shop and covered in white sugarpaste. Once the covering has been left to set, we model the details on to the cake, creating a ballerina's legs and ruffled tutu. Finally we add some little sugar flowers and dainty piping work and the whole cake came together!
