Painted Corporate Birthday Cake

Cake Project Brief

This was a very bespoke cake for a very bespoke company. Being a marketing firm, Quantum wanted something that would represent them as a company and celebrate their first year in their new offices. When we were coming up with ideas we stumbled on their amazing website featuring their offices front and centre so we decided to put this into cake form.

How We Made The Cake

Most of the image was painted straight on to the cake, however to give the cake a more 3D effect we cut some of the elements out of petal paste and then hand painted the detailing on and added these to the cake. We were really happy with the outcome.

Cake Ingredients

A rich chocolate fudge cake with a caramel and chocolate ganache filling. Delicious!
