We were asked to create a cake which featured butterflies but would be appropriate for a large family gathering.
After baking a huge cake (big enough to feed 50!), butterflies were painted on to the cake with intricate lace work piped on top to give the cake a delicate embellishment. Finished off with diamante numbers.
A lot of chocolate and a lot of cream!
