Lobster Birthday Cake

Cake Project Brief

We get asked to create all sorts here and for this cake we were asked to make something with a lobster topper. We designed this cute cake with a sea theme, complete with an edible sunbathing 3D lobster!

How We Made The Cake

Our cake was freshly baked in the shop and covered in a sea blue sugarpaste. Once it had set slightly we added our sand and crafted the lobster directly onto the cake, making sure we gave her cute details such as her girly eyelashes! Finally we piped a birthday message on to the cake and the design was complete!
