Cake Project Brief

A customer came in and asked us to create a Gruffalo cake for his wife.

How We Made The Cake

The larger items such as the horns and tusks were made in advance and dried. They were then attached to the cake once it had been carved and covered in sugarpaste.

Cake Ingredients

A rich chocolate fudge cake filled with chocolate ganache.
