Converse Baby Shower Cake

Cake Project Brief

Our customer loved the idea of baby converse, so we designed this gorgeous cake complete with converse toppers and a large 3D bow. In a move away from the traditional baby blue, we used slightly deeper colours in this cake and the theme pulled together beautifully!

How We Made The Cake

All the 3D details on this cake are created ahead of time to allow them to set and maintain their shape when applied to the cake. Each piece is made by hand by our skilled cake decorators! Whilst the models are drying, we bake the cake fresh in the shop and cover it for decorating. We added all the stripes and the mini buttons to the cake and finally add the toppers to complete the design.
