Bespoke Where’s Wally Cake

Cake Project Brief

This was a really fun brief. The customer wanted lots of different elements put on the cake which related to the birthday boy, everything from the Bombay Sapphire, to him eating a salad to the bright blue spectacles on Wally himself.

How We Made The Cake

Our Where's Wally character was handmade from sugar and made in advance giving him enough time to set. All of the other individual elements were made sperately from the cake allowing them time to dry and harden before we put them all together.

Cake Ingredients

Our cake is a vanilla sponge filled with a Passionfruit curd and citrus buttercream.
