Angry Bird Cake

Cake Project Brief

We were asked to create a very simple Angry Bird cake for a little boys birthday party. We were happy to recreate the famous characters out of sugar! Although next time we may tackle the slingshot! The birthday message was then hand painted on top of the cake.

How We Made The Cake

The sugar models are all made in advance and dried, with all the little details such as the beaks and tufts of hair being stuck on once everything has firmed up.

Cake Ingredients

Lots of jam, and lots of vanilla buttercream!
