ABC Baby Blocks Cake

Cake Project Brief

We were asked to create a design which included baby blocks and an adorable topper for a baby shower. After consulting with the customer we came up with a pastel colour scheme which complimented the decorations they had already bought for their baby shower.

How We Made The Cake

We created the baby topper and the baby blocks ahead of time and set them aside to dry so they maintain their shape when added to the cake. Then we bake the cake later to ensure freshness and cover it in white ready for decorating. The toppers are then added to the cake and the final details applied to complete the look.
