3D Bear Doctor Cake

Cake Project Brief

Our customer wanted us to create a bear cake made to look like a doctor, to celebrate the graduation of his girlfriend. Based on her nickname, this cute bear was created, complete with girly flirty eyelashes, a touch of rosiness in her cheeks and of course, her trusty stethoscope!

How We Made The Cake

We create our bears by first baking and stacking our cakes making them ready to be iced. We then colour our sugarpaste in a teddy-brown colour and roll it out to cover the whole cake. Once left to set, our cake specialist get to work adding her white coat and stethoscope, sweet arms and legs and her ears to complete her look. We are sure this is one cake no one wanted to cut!
