Cake Project Brief

We were asked to create something fitting for a keen gardener who loved her small flower patch, so of course we made a miniature garden.

How We Made The Cake

The wheelbarrow is finely rolled sugar which is then cut and left to dry before being put together, the same principle was used for the trellis, and the mini flowers.

Cake Ingredients

A vanilla cake with raspberry preserve and fluffly vanilla buttercream big enough to fee 50 people.
