Zebra Print Birthday Cake

Cake Project Brief

Our customer wanted to celebrate her daughters birthday by giving her a cake to remember. Taking into account her favourite colours and patterns, we designed this zebra print cake to give her the perfect centerpiece for her party!

How We Made The Cake

Our skilled decorators handmade the bow for this cake out of specialist paste. It is then left to set so that it holds its shape when applied to the cake. Meanwhile, we bake our cakes and decorate them last so that our customers can enjoy them for longer. Finally we added the zebra print pattern and diamante effect trim, for that little bit of bling!

Cake Ingredients

As this is a stacked cake the customer chose two flavours. One cake was our chocolate fudge cake, filled with a rich chocolate ganache. The other was our vanilla sponge cake filled with jam and soft buttercream.
